Looks like my Caribbean Brothers and Sisters will be getting some eco-flavor by way of it's 1st "Green" building.
Santo Domingo.- Local and foreign investors began the construction of Dominican Republic´s first green building, at an initial cost of US$50 million, which will create 2,000 direct and 15,000 indirect jobs.
The new mall is in a 120,000 square meter lot on the corner of the Kennedy Lincoln avenues, and will feature 180 stores and parking for 1,400 vehicles.
