Tanya Copprue is a Spiritual Life Coach, Holistic Healer, Inspirational Speaker, and Self-proclaimed Researcher of Spirituality. Her work takes a holistic approach integrating the principles of mind, body, and spirit.

Tanya has over ten years of experience working with disadvantaged populations, individuals with disabilities, and mental illnesses. She holds a Bachelors degree in human services and a Masters of Social Work Degree (MSW) from Yeshiva University in New York City.

Tanya has worked as a child and family therapist in the area of mental health and she is highly skilled in the area of psychosocial/spiritual assessments and clinical counseling. A natural teacher, her years of working as an educator and recently as an adjunct professor of sociology have inspired her to create "Spiritual Empowerment" workshops and trainings on personal growth & spiritual development.

What advice would you offer a non-green person?
We all have to do our part to honor "Gaia" Mother Earth.
Name a couple of your green actions.
The greenest thing I've done is become a vegetarian, and I have been this way for 12 years of so.
