What advice would you offer a non-green person?: Watch the annie leonard video The Story of Stuff and start reading about sustainability. Take environmental science classes, read Death by Supermarket, and my blogs. Look for groups in your area or start one as we can manifest change if we just do it by supporting fair trade goods, organic farmers, ask about sustainable fibers etc. Asking for ethical goods shows support, eventually leaders catch on.

Name a couple of your green actions.: Sustainable Ballard guild leader, attended International Summit at Sustainable Fashion Center, creative director plus of the fashionRIP Project an art installation themed on sustainability issues, blogs on fashionRIP and Fashion Ethos at blogspot, research and read daily, getting environmental science and cmmunications degree on top of apparel design, web design and marketing degrees.as sustainability is not a linear concept. Sustainable is green plus social and economic reality check ups for a healthier human, an evolved human and the whole of the planet and maybe more.
I bus when possible , stopped buying water and individual containers, excess packaging is a horrible landfill criminal. Re-use before recycle, re-vision, refashion and reflect. What is the life i really want? How can i help to manifest this vision? Then i went for it.
