Do you live healthy, or wish you knew how to? There are many things that you can do to live healthy. In this day and age everyone should be aware of their health and should strive to live both healthy and ecologically friendly!
One good tip is to drink Apple Cider vinegar because it promotes good health. There are so many things that it can do and it’s pretty cheap so it’s a great inexpensive health product. It can help with diabetes, weight loss, blood pressure, even head aches! It’s also a great remedy for people who have yeast infections, both external and internal use works well because it kills bacteria. And it helps hair growth if you bathe your hair in vinegar. A great cure for people with hair loss! Do make sure that the Apple Cider vinegar is of a “Mother” brand or it won’t be as healthy for you.
Something that so many people do and don’t realize the health or ecological concerns involved is use dangerous household cleaners. Everyday cleaners like Lysol, pet stain removers, window cleaner, and shoe polish can be dangerous to breathe in and are harmful to the environment. The worst part is that there are far better cleaners to use, like vinegar and lemon juice, so why use things that are bad for your health and the planet? Natural cleaners are always better to use if you can help it and there are hundreds of uses for vinegar as a cleaning product. It’s just a waste to use dangerous chemicals when there’s an alternative.
You can find more ways to help the planet and your health at the same time if you do some research. It will make you feel healthier and you’ll have a good conscience knowing that you’re doing your part to help the planet. Even small things can make a difference!
