Got to love those Aussies only they could come up with a Christmas tree made entirely of recycled bicycles which made it's debut at the Rocks on November 19, 2010 in Sydney, Australia. The recycling group, CMA Corporation provided the bikes and parts for the tree and will remain on display until 28 December when it will be returned to CMA for recycling.

The
"Tree-Cycle" was built from 100 recycled bikes, stands 23 feet tall and took eight weeks to build. The bike frames were spray painted green, and the tires a rainbow of other colors, standing in for ornaments. Bikes were also used to simulate a yellow "star" atop the tree.
The
"Tree-Cycle" is part of a annual display of recycled material trees at Syndey's The Rocks. Last year it was made of bottles. The year before it was chairs. The
"Tree-Cycle" will be on display until December 28th.
