Tunji Dada's S/S '11 Collection is the most interesting and creative collection I have seen in ages. This project transcends the eco or sustainable fashion categories and should serve as a guide and/or inspiration for the future of fashion design full stop.

Tunji Dada's Furbished: Refurbished collection addresses the issues of waste management, sustenance awareness and the promotion of artisan methods.
70% of the products were made of Army Vintage Tents, and Recoup Cotton Shirts.

The fashion industry has to stay fresh as well as conscientiousness and to manufacture items that have a bit more of a positive story behind their brand. Consumers are starting to wise up to the importance of quality craftsmanship and sustainability which means our purchases will last a lot longer and look out for our well being.
